Welcome to the Chequamegon North Campus

Mike Peterson - Associate Principal

Welcome to the Chequamegon North Campus, home to Glidden Elementary School (4K-2nd Grade) and Chequamegon Middle School (6th-8th Grade)! Whether your family is starting their very first school experience with our youngest learners or navigating the exciting transitions of middle school, we are thrilled to welcome you to the school year.

Our campus brings together two distinct and vital stages of student development, creating a unique community where early foundations meet growing independence. As we embark on this new journey, our dedicated staff is committed to partnering with your family to ensure every student thrives.

This year, our daily focus is centered on our Eagle Expectations. We challenge and support every student to be:

  • Respectful: Valuing themselves, their peers, their teachers, and their school environment.
  • Responsible: Taking ownership of their actions, their choices, and their daily school commitments.
  • Safe: Making choices that protect the physical and emotional well-being of our entire school community.
  • Learners: Bringing curiosity, effort, and a growth mindset to the classroom every single day.

We believe that strong communication between home and school is the key to a wonderful school year. Please explore our website for quick access to school calendars, lunch menus, and staff directories. Our doors are always open, and we look forward to working together to make this year unforgettable for our students.

Sincerely,
Mike Peterson
