About GCLC

The focus of the Glidden Community Learning Center (GCLC) is to provide expanded academic enrichment opportunities for children. Teacher tutoring and academic enrichment activities are designed to help students meet local and state academic standards in subjects such as reading and math. The GCLC program provides students and their families with an opportunity to continue to learn new skills and discover new abilities after the school day has ended. Participation is based on a first come first enrolled process, with preference given to those students identified as needing additional support. The GCLC staff provides before school, after school, and summer school activities. Enrollment forms can be picked up at the Glidden Campus Office.

The before-school program will begin on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2024.

The after-school program will begin on Monday, September 9th and will be open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
