I began my teaching career in 1992 and have continued on this journey with only time away to have our three sons.  I am a local person having grown up in Glidden, attended Northland College of Ashland for my undergraduate degree and returned to the area after only teaching for four years in other parts of the state.  I continued my educational development by working on a reading license through Viterbo and a Masters in Education through the College of St. Scholastica. I have enjoyed coaching basketball, hockey and softball while in the Chequamegon (Park Falls) School District, and have volunteered in many different activities offered at our school.  I enjoy watching my own children grow and develop with the assistance of many wonderful teachers and programs and am happy to be a part of this work.
